LeAnn Joyner, CRVPM II, has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the Customer Service Programs Vendor Manager at College Ave Student Loans since August 2020. Previous roles include Operations Manager, Supervisor, and Customer Service Representative at Advanced Call Center Technologies, LLC from April 2012 to August 2020, and Office Worker and Resident Assistant at East Tennessee State University from January 2010 to March 2012. LeAnn earned a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies and Organizational Leadership from East Tennessee State University between 2008 and 2012 and holds an Honors Diploma from Sullivan East High School, obtained in 2008.
