Ashwini Wanjari began their work experience in 2018 as a Technical Support Executive at Teleperformance. Ashwini then worked as an intern at HiEd Success in 2020, where they gained experience with Qualtrics tools for developing surveys and data analysis. Currently, Ashwini is employed at Collabera Digital, starting in 2021 as a Talent Specialist and progressing to Senior Talent Specialist and Lead Talent Expert in subsequent years. Collabera Digital is a company focused on innovative solutions and operates across multiple locations serving various organizations.

Ashwini Wanjari earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur, from 2009 to 2013. Later, from 2020 to 2022, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management at Tirpude Institute of Management Education, Civil Lines.
