Z Q has a diversified work experience in the field of information technology. They started their career in 2008 as a Senior Technical Engineer at Dell, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they joined Aileron as a Network and Security Administrator, and their tenure lasted until 2012. Following that, Z Q worked as an IT Manager at Habayeb Group from 2013 to 2014. Finally, they joined Coldwell Banker in 2014, assuming the position of Head Of Information Technology.

Z Q has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Additionally, Z Q has obtained various certifications including Microsoft Power BI, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, MCSA: Windows Server 2012, MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, MCSE: Server Infrastructure 2012, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Enterprise Devices and Apps, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA).
