Laura Caporale is an experienced food scientist with a career spanning over a decade in the food industry. Currently serving as a Food Scientist at ColdSnapā¢ since September 2021, Laura previously worked as a Research Food Scientist at Gorton's from June 2011 to September 2021, overseeing R&D projects focused on product improvements and developments. Earlier experience includes a Research and Development internship at Greencore USA in 2010, where Laura managed product prototype preparations and assisted with plant tests. Laura holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Food Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned in 2011.
