Randy Scarth is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in the beverage and retail industries. Currently serving as Area Sales Manager at Coca-Cola Consolidated since 2021, Randy oversees operations for approximately 321 large grocery store accounts. Previously, as District Sales Manager at the same company, Randy managed 425 accounts and emphasized talent development. At Family Dollar from 2019 to 2021, Randy revitalized underperforming inner-city locations, achieving a rank of #3 in sales within a year. Earlier, as Retail District Leader at CVS Health from 2004 to 2019, Randy was recognized for excellence in EBITDA, margins, and customer service. Education includes two years toward a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Miami University.
