Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Vice President of National Foodservice Chain Accounts, driving a 53% increase in sales volume, and previously served as Director and Senior Manager of Value Added Fresh Meats Sales, focusing on client relationships and margin generation. Brian began their career at National Beef Packing Company LLC as an Account Manager. Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Northern Iowa.
