Jill Firman has extensive experience in quality assurance and manufacturing operations, currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager at Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited since September 2014. In this role, Jill is responsible for managing raw and finished goods inventory and inter-plant transportation, while also leading the Quality Department to uphold Coca-Cola's quality standards. Previous roles at Labatt Breweries of Canada included Quality Compliance Manager, where Jill managed quality specialists in three laboratories and achieved HACCP and BRC accreditation, and Packaging - Group Manager, focusing on production line management. Jill began their career in cooperative education positions at Strathroy Foods and Esso. Jill holds a Certificate in Supply Chain Management from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Science from Western University.
