Lee Hodson has a diverse work experience history. Lee started as a Marketing Assistant at First Midwest Bank from 1998 to 2000. After that, they worked at Penn Valley Farms as an Inside Sales/Customer Service representative from 2002 to 2003, and later became the Assistant Operations Manager from 2003 to 2004. Hodson then moved on to Coleman Natural Foods, where they worked as an Operations Manager from 2004 to 2007. During this time, they managed relationships with co-packers, coordinated production and distribution, and determined raw material allocation. Lee joined Global Supply & Logistics as the Director of Operations from 2007 to 2008, where they wrote and implemented SOP manuals, reduced overtime, and improved receipt storage accuracy. Hodson then joined Vosges Haut-Chocolat as Purchasing Manager from 2008 to 2011. Currently, Hodson works at Little Lady Foods, starting as an Operations Manager from 2011 to 2013, and then progressing to Plant Manager from 2013 to 2015, Director of Operations from 2015 to 2017, and finally Vice President of Operations from 2017 to the present.
Lee Hodson attended the University of Iowa from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), specializing in Marketing, at the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
