Sonia Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sonia is currently the President of CoinW, a position they have held since January 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Partner & VP- Global Partnerships at CoinW, starting in August 2023. Before joining CoinW, Sonia was the Director-Global Partnerships, responsible for driving growth and expanding market share through strategic partnerships, new business development, and effective account management. Sonia held this role from March 2022 to August 2023.

Their previous experience includes working as a Principal Consultant at Robert Half from October 2021 to March 2022. Before that, Sonia was the Founder of DNC Recruitment Service from October 2016 to October 2021. Sonia also founded and served as the Managing Director of DNC Career Consulting from January 2011 to October 2020. Their early career includes roles at MYER, where they worked as a Finance Assistant Manager, Payroll & HR, and Sales associate.

Sonia Shaw obtained a Bachelor's degree from Nankai University in 2007. Sonia went on to complete a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Sydney between 2007 and 2009.
