Deidre Ellis is an experienced professional specializing in talent development, employee success, and learning strategies. Currently serving as Co-Lead of the Black Cohesity Network and Sr. Talent & Employee Success Partner at Cohesity since October 2021, Deidre has extensive experience in career development, performance management, and internal coaching. Previous roles include Talent Development Manager at Inovalon, where Deidre designed and implemented career development strategies and onboarding frameworks, and Program Manager & Consultant at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, leading international education programming. Earlier positions include Manager of Student Services at Diversity Abroad, Coordinator for Diversity and Semester Programs at the University of Maryland, and teaching roles in education. Deidre holds a Master of Arts in International Education from the School for International Training and a B.B.A in Marketing from Howard University.
