April Miles has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in case management, emergency response, and military service. Currently serving as a Case Manager at Cohen Veterans Network since July 2023, April previously held the position of Case Manager III at U.S.VETS-Hawai'i. April's earlier roles include Emergency Dispatcher at Havelock Police Department, Correctional Officer at Craven Correctional Institution, and various positions in the U.S. Navy Reserve and U.S. Navy. Educational achievements include a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Park University, supplemented by additional studies across several colleges.
