Melissa Baird is the Chief Operating Officer at hims & hers since February 2018, overseeing operations in a company dedicated to health and wellness solutions. In addition to this role, Baird serves as a Board Member for Stop Soldier Suicide, where efforts focus on reducing veteran suicide rates, and as an Advisory Board Member and Angel Investor for Hearth Display, aimed at improving family management and productivity. Previous experience includes advisory positions with VMG Consumer Acquisition Corp and Sukoon Active, as well as leadership roles at Draper James, onefinestay, Bonobos, and Zulily, contributing significantly to operations, product management, and corporate strategy in various consumer and retail environments. Baird holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has completed postgraduate work at the University of Washington.
