Christian Alvim has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Christian started their career in 2008 with Voice Norge AS, where they worked in sales until 2012. Christian then joined the Norwegian Armed Forces as a Lance Corporal from 2012 to 2013. Following this, they joined Santander Consumer Bank as a Customer Consultant from 2013 to 2016.

In 2018, they transitioned into consulting and joined Capgemini Invent as a Management Consultant. Christian held this role until 2020, after which they were promoted to Senior Management Consultant and continued with the company until 2021.

Currently, Christian is with Cognite, where they initially served as a Project Manager from 2021 to 2022. Christian was then promoted to Senior Project Manager, and they are currently holding this position.

Christian Alvim completed their education as follows:

- From 2016 to 2018, Christian Alvim pursued a Master's degree in Applied Economics and Finance at Copenhagen Business School.

- In 2017, Christian Alvim also began studying for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finans at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The end year for this program is not specified.

- From 2012 to 2015, Christian Alvim obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Internasjonal økonomi from BI Norwegian Business School.

- Prior to their university studies, Christian Alvim attended Lørenskog videregående skole from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued Studiespesialisering with a specialization in Samfunnsøkonomi.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Christian Alvim has obtained several certifications. These include:

- PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation from PRINCE2.com, obtained in December 2021.

- Cognite Data Fusion Basics from Cognite Academy, obtained in June 2021.

- Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in February 2021.

- Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org, obtained in October 2020.
