Grace Lernihan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract management and data protection. Currently serving as Data Protection Officer and Legal and Contracts Manager at Teckro since October 2018, Grace has demonstrated expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements as well as managing legal projects. Prior to Teckro, Grace held positions at ICON plc and Capita Procurement Solutions, where responsibilities included leading legal reviews for vendor agreements, processing clinical research contracts, and managing supplier disputes. At Glenman Corporation Ltd., Grace provided legal assistance in contract and employment law, while earlier experience as a Legal Researcher at the Chief State Solicitor's Office focused on commercial law and EU procurement. Grace earned a Master's in Human Rights from Queens University Belfast and an LLB (Hons) in Irish Law from Griffith College Cork.
