Ellis Min is a seasoned sales trainer with a strong background in technical sales and training. Serving as a Senior Sales Trainer at Cognex Corporation since April 2022, Ellis focuses on developing effective training programs. Prior experience includes nearly a decade at Emerson Automation Solutions, where Ellis excelled as a CSC Technical Trainer, improving onboarding processes and mentoring inside sales teams, consistently surpassing sales goals. Earlier, Ellis contributed to the community as a Break Dance Instructor at Gayton Dance and held leadership roles in student organizations at the University of Colorado Boulder, including the Korean American Students at Boulder and the Breakin Club. Ellis holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned in 2012.
