Phil Altman, MBA, possesses extensive experience in senior living operations, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Cogir Senior Living in California. Previously, Phil held the position of Regional Vice President of Operations at MorningStar Senior Living and Vice President of Operations at Elder Care Alliance, where responsibilities included regional oversight and operational management. Additional roles include Regional Director of Operations and Executive Director at Mercy Retirement and Care Center, as well as Director of Strategic Implementation at Carlton Senior Living. Earlier in Phil's career, leadership was demonstrated as Regional Operations Director at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
