Caitlyn Blackett is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Senior Finance Business Partner at Riverstone since June 2024. Previously, Caitlyn held the position of Finance Business Partner at Kiwi Property from February 2022 to April 2024 and gained extensive experience at PwC New Zealand, where the roles included Senior Associate and Associate in the Private Business sector from February 2018 to February 2022. Caitlyn's early career featured roles as a Rock Climbing Coach and Instructor at Extreme Edge Rock Climbing, along with responsibilities as a Receptionist at East Care Physiotherapy. Caitlyn also served as an Advisor and Chief Projects Officer at Synergy NZ and completed an internship at PwC New Zealand in 2016. Educationally, Caitlyn earned the Chartered Accountant designation from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand between January 2018 and December 2020 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Commercial Law from The University of Auckland, obtained from 2015 to 2017. High School education was completed at St Cuthbert's College from 2008 to 2014.
