Ali Heidary serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Akam Coffee Company and has been a key figure at the Coffee Quality Institute since 2017, holding the title of CQI Lecturer. In this role, Ali focuses on transforming specialty coffee markets through educational initiatives aimed at both practitioners and novices, facilitating their progression in the field. Additionally, Ali has been affiliated with the Specialty Coffee Association since 2016, where responsibilities include being a Q Processing Generalist and a Licensed Q Grader, alongside obtaining a Specialty Coffee Association Diploma.
