Joanne Roff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and management within the social work sector. Currently serving as Executive Manager Service Delivery at IFYS Limited since February 2016, Roff has held various leadership roles including State Manager, Operations Manager, and Manager. Prior experience includes a managerial position in child protection and regional partnership coordination at the Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women from October 2009 to December 2015. Joanne has also contributed to academia as a lecturer at the University of the Sunshine Coast and held managerial responsibilities at United Synergies Ltd from January 2001 to November 2007. Roff holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from The University of Queensland, earned between 1991 and 1994.
