Duy Lyford is the Lead Career Services Manager at Coding Dojo. Duy was previously the Talent Attraction Manager at Apple from January 2018 to August 2019. Before their time at Apple, Duy Lyford was the Account Manager at Explore CRS from September 2013 to August 2017. There, they partnered with multi-level leaders to identify organizational needs, adoption of corporate recruitment strategy, increase employee diversity, greater talent flow, and maintain excellent candidate experience. Duy generated robust candidate pipelines of active and passive talent through creative sourcing channels including: Boolean Internet searches, employee referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, directories, blogs, social media, professional societies, university recruiting networks, alumni associations, competitors, and unique talent pools.
Duy Lyford has a BA in Psychology and Behavior Neuroscience from Colby College. Duy also has a PMP Training & Exam Prep Course in Project Management from San Jose State University. Duy is also certified in Clinical Psychology from the University of Otago and has a certification in Yoga Teacher Certification from Vrinda School of Yoga- Kerala.
