Kate Nichols possesses extensive experience in the legal and mortgage industries, having worked in various roles since 2001. Currently serving as a Legal Assistant at Codilis & Associates, P.C. since October 2017, Kate previously held positions including Home Closing Specialist at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and REO Supervisor at Codilis & Associates. Additional experience includes roles as a Closing Agent and Funder at Fidelity National Title, People's Choice Home Loan, and BNC Mortgage, as well as Office Manager at Netco Title. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from St. Norbert College, earned between 1995 and 1999.
