Zhiyao Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fintech and investment sectors. As the Co-founder and COO of CodePay Inc. since February 2022, Zhiyao Lee has played a key role in providing secure payment solutions aimed at improving business operations and consumer experiences. Prior to this, Zhiyao Lee co-founded Wiseasy, serving as Group CFO and Head of Human Resource and Strategy, contributing to the delivery of fintech products across 114 countries. Zhiyao Lee also held roles in venture capital as an Investment Manager at Shining Capital Management and as a Board Observer for multiple companies, including TechStyleOS and Winc. Earlier career experience includes being an Investment Banking Associate at Tianfeng Securities and a Financial Planning Analyst at BT Group. Zhiyao Lee holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Swansea University and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Wuhan University of Technology.
