Elaine Chai is an experienced professional in customer development and management, currently serving as the Group Customer Development Manager at Coca-Cola Beverages Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei since February 2020, where responsibilities include managing Total IKAs and eCommerce initiatives. Prior to this role, Elaine held positions as a Customer Development Manager focusing on international key accounts in Coca-Cola Malaysia and as Channel & Category Development Assistant Manager for Hair at Unilever, where collaborative efforts with marketing and trade teams were directed toward achieving category goals.
