Kris Krumb, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Coburn Place Safe Haven since October 2023. Prior to this role, Kris held various positions within Indianapolis Public Schools, including Human Resources Business Partner and Employment Coordinator, where responsibilities included supporting educational staff planning and acting as an HR supervisor. Kris's experience also encompasses roles at BCforward as an Onboarding Coordinator, START Recruiting and Training as a Recruiter and Social Media Manager, and State Farm as an Insurance Sales Specialist. Earlier roles include teaching as a Q199 Instructor at Collins Living-Learning Center, along with administrative duties and yearbook design. Kris earned a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications and Gender Studies from Indiana University Bloomington in 2017.
