Emlyn Mandel is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation. Currently serving as Special Counsel at Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass LLP since May 2019, Emlyn Mandel represents clients in a variety of matters including contract disputes, real estate litigation, and federal prosecutions, while providing risk management and compliance counseling. Prior to this role, Emlyn Mandel was a Litigation Associate at Dechert LLP, where representation involved commercial litigation, white-collar enforcement matters, and regulatory compliance from October 2013 to May 2019. Emlyn Mandel earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, as well as Spanish and Portuguese from the University of Pittsburgh.
