Hima Trisha Mohan has diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Hima Trisha is currently serving as a Senior Research Assistant at the Centre for New Economics Studies, where they lead the team for the Azaad Awaaz project and also works as a Co-Team Lead and Ethnographer for Visual Storyboards. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Assistant at the same organization.

Hima has also gained legal experience through internships at Apexon, Chambers of Rohan Kothari, Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan, Shivadass & Shivadass (Law Chambers), Haranahalli Law Partners, LLP, and the Office of the Advocate General, Karnataka. In addition, they served as a Teaching Assistant for Prof. Fernando J. Loayza Jordán.

Furthermore, Hima has contributed to social causes as a Volunteer at Teach For India and as a Member of the Outreach Team at Human Rights Society, JGU, where they played a part in raising awareness for human rights issues.
