Jack Hom is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of expertise in Acquisition Management System (AMS) deliverables, encompassing business case development, cost estimation, budgeting, and operations analysis in both the federal government and private sectors. Currently serving as AMS Domain Expert and Management Lead at Cobec Consulting, Inc. since August 2013, Jack manages multiple teams to guide programs toward effective AMS investment decisions. Previously, Jack held the position of President at OCA-NOVA, a non-profit organization focused on advocacy for Asian Pacific American youth and families, from September 2006 to December 2020. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Consultant at URS Corporation, Independent Consultant, and Management Analyst at the Federal Aviation Administration. Jack holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Economics from The Johns Hopkins University.
