Mike DeSimone currently serves as the North America Co-Practice Leader for Professional Services at Korn Ferry, a position held since May 2015, where responsibilities include collaborating with a diverse range of clients in business and technology services on various leadership searches. Prior to this role, Mike DeSimone was Vice Chairman and Managing Partner for Professional Services at CTPartners from 2007 to May 2015 and served as Executive Vice President at DHR International from February 2004 to March 2007, focusing on filling executive-level positions within leading professional services and outsourcing firms.
