Heather Tice is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in health, compliance, and education sectors. Currently, Heather serves as a Program Research Specialist 1 at the New York State Department of Health and as a Compliance Coordinator at CNY Fertility. Heather has held various roles at St. Anne Institute, including Assistant Director of Quality Management and Compliance, and has experience as Director of Training at QTAC-NY. Additionally, Heather has worked in various administrative and coordination roles across organizations such as the New York State Department of Labor and Verizon. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Health Education from Purdue Global and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness from Kaplan University.
