Michael Grierson has a diverse work experience in the golf industry. Michael started their career in 2000 at ClubLink as a Golf Services staff member until 2003. Michael then joined ClubLink again in 2004 and held various positions including Associate Professional, Head Professional, and Director of Operations. Michael worked at ClubLink until 2017. In 2020, they became a Business Owner of The Winter Golf Club.

Michael Grierson attended Niagara College from 2002 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Professional Golf Management. During their time there, they primarily focused on the field of Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
