Rob Miller has extensive experience in various leadership roles focused on customer experience and human resources. Rob served as the Global VP of Customer Experience at Club Car, where they led and strategized customer experience initiatives. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Ingersoll Rand, including Vice President of Customer Experience for Residential HVAC Equipment and Supply, Director of Customer Experience for the same division, Global Customer Experience Leader for Power Tools, Director of HR Services Americas, and Director of Human Resources Global Service and Delivery. Before joining Ingersoll Rand, they worked at YORK International as the Manager of Continuous Improvement, where they led lean six sigma deployments and implemented cost-saving initiatives. Miller began their career as a Senior Project Engineer at Precision Components Corporation, where they managed projects related to aircraft carrier reactor cores and operational processes.
Rob Miller earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, where they attended from 1983 to 1988.
