Whitley Harris is a seasoned professional in talent development and learning design, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Development at Clover Health since March 2021. Previously, Whitley held positions at the Obama Foundation from July 2018 to March 2021 as Curriculum & Training Manager and Digital Learning Designer, focusing on inspiring and empowering communities through education and connection. Prior experience also includes serving as Sr. Learning Designer at CorpU from January 2016 to July 2018, where expertise in strategy activation and organizational change was cultivated. Whitley began a career in sales as Assistant Sales Manager for Special Sales at Perseus Books Group from October 2012 to January 2016, enhancing educational accounts outreach and support.
