Rakesh Philip R currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital since September 2022. Prior to this role, Rakesh worked as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Annai Velankanni Multispecialty Hospital from April 2020 to June 2022, and held the position of Unit HR for HCG Hospitals in Ahmedabad from February 2017 to January 2020, managing HR activities across three branches in Bangalore. Rakesh's career began as an Administrative & HR Executive at the Christian Medical Association of India from June 2015 to June 2016. Rakesh holds an Executive Programme in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (expected completion in 2025), and possesses multiple degrees in Economics and Human Resources Management from Loyola College and the University of Madras, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws from Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University.
