RitaFaith MacRae has a wealth of work experience in both the medical and spiritual fields. RitaFaith began their career in 2001 as a Disability Examiner for the State of CT Department of Social Services. In 2006, they became a Residential Counselor for Wheeler Clinic. RitaFaith then moved to Pediatric Services of America as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2009. In 2013, MacRae co-founded Solstice Strategy Partners, where they served as the Senior Partner. In 2014, they joined Cloud9 Online as the Vice President of Clinic Product and Co-Founder. In 2018, they became a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse for Patient Advocate for You. Finally, in 2019, MacRae founded StarLight Logic, providing spiritual counseling to facilitate healing and spiritual growth.

RitaFaith MacRae obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College in 2000. In 2004, they obtained their Licensed Practical Nurse certification from Henry Abbott Technical High School. RitaFaith then went on to obtain their Master's degree in Education from Springfield College in 2006. RitaFaith is currently enrolled in Goodwin College's LPN to RN nursing degree program and has obtained certifications in Mediumship III and Spiritual Counseling from the PSYCHE Institute.
