Thomas is currently working as the Product Director - Footwear at TravisMathew Apparel since October 2021. Prior to this, Thomas held various roles at ECCO Shoes from April 2011 to October 2021, such as National Account & Product Manager, North American Product Manager for Golf & Outdoor, and Project Manager for ECCO Golf. Thomas also has experience in marketing and promotions from their time at Dunning Golf, Belfast Giants, and Sudbury Wolves Hockey Club. Thomas started their career as a Pro Shop Assistant at St. Andrew's East Golf & Country Club after completing a Master of Science in Sport Management from Ulster University and a Honours Bachelor in Commerce with a specialization in Sports Administration from Laurentian University.
