Lauren Weisenthal has a long and varied work experience. Lauren began their career in 2003 as a Teacher for Teach For America. In 2005, they moved on to become a Marketing Manager and Customer Success Associate for eChalk. Lauren then worked as a Senior Marketing Manager for Amplify from 2007 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Director of Career Services & Alumni Engagement for The International Culinary Center. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Senior Program Manager and Curriculum Specialist for Seller Development at Etsy. From 2017 to 2021, they were the Co-Owner of The Nightingale. In 2021, they became a Customer Success Consultant for Zendesk. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager for both Close and Dover.
Lauren Weisenthal has obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston University, a Master of Science in Education from Fordham University, and a Professional Program Grande Diplome from the French Culinary Institute. Lauren also holds certifications from eCornell (Project Management Certificate, obtained in January 2022), the Court of Master Sommeliers (Certified Sommelier, obtained in August 2012), and Zendesk (Zendesk Support Administrator Expert I, obtained in September 2021).
