Zainab Ali has worked in various IT roles throughout their career. Zainab started as an IT Technical Head at Dhruva Associates from February 2011 to January 2015. Zainab then worked as an IT Network Assistant at DeVry University from May 2015 to June 2017, where they managed systems configuration and maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing operations.
In 2017, Zainab joined Camelot Illinois as an Information Technology Support Engineer and remained there until March 2020. During their time at Camelot Illinois, they provided support and troubleshooting for IT systems and networks.
