Viviana Torres has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Viviana began their career in 2004 as a Lead Program Manager / Compliance at Lewis Management. Viviana then moved on to the Town of Marana, where they served as a Records Program Manager / Deputy Town Clerk from 2007 to 2012. Following that, they worked at the Community Partnership of Southern Arizona (CPSA) as an IS Operations Manager / BTS Project Manager from 2012 to 2015.
In 2015, Viviana joined Xerox as a Manager, Implementation and later transitioned to Conduent in the same role. At Conduent, they also served as a Technology PMO Director. During their time at Conduent, their roles focused on implementation, project management, integration, and software deployment.
Most recently, Viviana has been working at Clinisys as a Senior Program Manager and Manager Program Management. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Product Operations, overseeing the operational aspects of product development.
Viviana Torres has a Master of Administration degree in Health Care Administration/Management/Health Sciences from Northern Arizona University's The W. A. Franke College of Business. Viviana also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, Management from the same institution. In addition, they have a Management and Organizations Certificate from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management. Viviana Torres has obtained several certifications, including a Certificate in Management and Organizations from the Southwest Leadership Program Center for Leadership Ethics at the University of Arizona Eller College of Management. Viviana is also a Certified Municipal Clerk, a Certified Municipal Election Official, a Laserfiche Certified Professional, a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification holder from various institutions.
