Jeff Colby-Ferguson, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse and extensive background in human resources and leadership roles. Jeff is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Clinisys, where they have been since March 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Interim VP of Human Resources from November 2022 to July 2023.

Before their time at Clinisys, Jeff worked at Watermark Retirement Communities as an HR Director from October 2017 to March 2019. Jeff also worked at Banner - University Medical Center as an HR Business Partner/Sr Director from December 2015 to October 2017.

Jeff's previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Advisor at the American Red Cross from October 2011 to December 2015, a Human Resources Generalist at Pearson Education from December 2010 to July 2011, and a Human Resources representative at FedEx Office from August 2005 to September 2008.

Earlier in their career, Jeff worked as a Human Resources Manager at Robinsons-May from 2003 to 2005 and as an HR/Operations Manager at Kohl's from 2002 to 2003. Jeff began their career at TJ Maxx as a Store Manager, where they successfully managed multiple stores and implemented impactful programs.
