Mackenzie Burkstrand currently serves as an Implementation Manager at CRIO since July 2024. Previously, Mackenzie was the Implementation Team Lead at CloudOne, overseeing an implementation team of eight members and managing over 800 accounts. Mackenzie's experience includes roles as a Senior Implementation Specialist and Implementation Specialist, guiding clients through technology integrations and campaign management. Mackenzie worked as a Sales Development Representative at Teachers Pay Teachers, handling a pipeline of sales leads, and as a Program Manager at Saint Paul Public Schools, assessing program needs and ensuring timely launches. Additionally, Mackenzie has held various education-related positions, including English Language Educator roles in multiple institutions and operations coordinator responsibilities with Revolutionary Sports. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Second Language from Hamline University.
