Ann-Kristin Koch has had a diverse range of work experience. Ann-Kristin is currently the Chief Communication & Branding Officer at Climeworks since November 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Member of the Advisory Board at nexoya starting from August 2021.

Ann-Kristin also took a break from their professional career to travel the world from August 2022 to August 2023.

Before these roles, they held the position of VP Corporate Communications, Member of the Executive Board at RUAG International/Beyond Gravity from January 2020 to August 2022.
