Dave Blake is the founder and CEO of ClientSuccess. Prior to that, they were with Adobe for almost four years, where they last served as Vice President, Global Customer Success. In this role, they were responsible for the customer experience, global strategic accounts, and achieving a 100% retention rate of strategic customers. Dave also managed a $440MM book of business and developed best practices for driving customer success. Dave has also spent time in Sydney rebuilding an AM team, and they have managed global teams and customers throughout Europe, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, and China.

Dave Blake has a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University and is certified from SuccessHACKER as a 2021 Top 25 Customer Success Influencer Judge.
