Erin Nedrow began their work experience in 2004 at Signature Healthcare as a Regional Director of Business Partnerships. Erin held this role from January 2004 to October 2017. In 2018, Erin joined ClearView Healthcare Management as a Regional Director of Business Development. Later in the same year, they were promoted to Vice President of Business Development.

Erin Nedrow holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Belmont University, which they obtained between 2012 and 2014. Erin also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sociology from Presbyterian College, earned from 1991 to 1995. Erin has additional certifications in Lean Healthcare and Six Sigma Greenbelt from Belmont University, obtained in 2014 and 2013 respectively. Erin is also a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) from the Tennessee Nurses Association, obtained in December 2012. In 2006, Erin obtained a certification in Adult Learning, Education, and Presentation, although the institution is not specified.
