Richard Leblanc is an experienced Business Systems Analyst currently working at the College of Nurses of Ontario since August 2021. Prior to this role, Richard held various positions at Toronto Star from October 2000 to August 2021, including Business Systems Analyst in both the Transformation Management Office and Project Management Office, as well as Senior Systems Analyst. Earlier in Richard's career, programming and analysis roles were held at Lavalife, Ogilvy & Mather, and Architectural Hardware, demonstrating a strong foundation in technology and systems management. Richard graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology with a Diploma in Computer Information Systems in 1986.
