Brian Cushin has extensive experience in customer experience and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Experience Operations at CleanChoice Energy since June 2018. Previous roles at CleanChoice Energy include Contact Center Manager and Customer Experience Coordinator. Prior to this, Brian Cushin worked at Alorica from April 2010 to June 2018, where the role of Sales and Customer Care Operations Manager was held. Brian Cushin completed studies at the Community College of Allegheny County between 2016 and 2018.
