Kevin Shaw currently serves as an Independent Broker at RCG Insurance since October 2023 and holds the position of Director of IT at Clay County MO, where Kevin is in their second term since February 2021, having previously held the same role from December 2007 to July 2015. Kevin has extensive experience in sports management, having been the manager of the Ban Johnson Baseball League's Milgram Mustangs from May 1989 to August 2022, after a notable coaching career under Hall of Fame member Don Motley. Additionally, Kevin was the Head Baseball Coach at Guadalupe High School from February 2019 to June 2022 and served as Associate Professor and Assistant Baseball Coach at William Jewell College from August 2020 to June 2021. Other roles include Technology Account Manager at IP Pathways, Mortgage Loan Officer at Zillow Home Loans, Chief Marketing Officer and Business Development Director at NewDawn Fiber/Powercomm Broadband, and IT Manager at Essense of Australia.
