Jessica Betts has a strong background in real estate portfolio management and acquisitions. Jessica started their career as a Consultant at Waronzof Associates, Inc. in August 2010 and worked there until July 2011. In July 2011, they joined Clarion Partners LLC as a Senior Analyst in Acquisitions. Jessica was then promoted to Vice President of Office Asset Management in June 2015 and held this position until August 2018. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management at Clarion Partners LLC.

Jessica Betts earned their Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy, Management and Planning - Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Jessica attended the university from 2006 to 2010.
