Lindsay Hodge has extensive experience in operational leadership and human resources, currently serving as Chief of Staff at Verivest since February 2017, where strategic initiatives for the Fairway America Group of Companies are shaped and executed. Previous roles at Verivest include Director of People Operations, focusing on global recruitment and employee engagement, and Operations Manager, where robust processes were implemented to facilitate growth and enhance customer experience. Earlier positions included a Business Support Assistant at Australian Red Cross Lifeblood, a Research Assistant at Monash University, and a Sales Assistant at David Jones. Lindsay holds a Master’s Degree in International Crisis Management from Monash University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Studies/Development Studies from the University of Melbourne, alongside a Certificate IV in Business Administration.
