Marissa (Faso) Flynn, LCSW, has extensive experience in social work and coaching. Currently serving as a School Social Worker for Clarence Central Schools since August 2021, Marissa also coaches for WILLIAMSVILLE STAMPEDE INC. and serves as a Nexus Coach for USA Field Hockey, having coached at the Region 4 Selection Camp from 2021 to 2024. Previously, Marissa was the head coach of the Clarence Varsity Field Hockey team, earning the title of Section Six Coach of the Year multiple times and leading the team to impressive season records and championships. Additional coaching roles include JV and modified Lacrosse Coach at Clarence Central School District. Marissa's previous positions also include School Social Worker at Erie 1 BOCES, where Marissa received the Eagle Award in Exceptional Education, and a recruiter at SelectOne. Marissa holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree from Mercyhurst University.
