Andre Turner is an experienced professional in educational and recreational settings, currently serving as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Camelot Education since August 2016, where responsibilities include assessing and providing support to students with special needs. At Northern Illinois University Campus Recreation Center, Turner has held the position of Facility Supervisor since April 2014, managing sales, overseeing facility operations, and ensuring the safety of patrons. Additional experience includes an undergraduate internship at DeKalb County Youth Service Bureau, roles such as Camp Counselor and Receptionist, and various positions in event management and food service. Turner holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Northern Illinois University and is First-Aid/CPR trained. Leadership and community involvement are demonstrated through service as a Jr Deacon at True Light Baptist Church since 2007.
